Payment

Payments can be done via Credit/Debit card or PayPal.

Shipping

All orders are shipped worldwide from UK.

For orders within UK the items are shipped via Royal Mail within 1 - 2 business days of order being placed.

For orders outside UK the items are shipped via Royal Mail or International Courier within 1 - 2 business days. (Choice of delivery method is determined by which carrier best serves your location in terms of cost, efficiency, reliability etc.)

Our aim will always be to send your goods as soon as ready and passed our quality checks. We do not normally process orders on weekends or UK bank holidays.

Sales to EU Countries

Following the UK exit from EU (Brexit) all sales to EU countries are likely to incur a VAT and/or Duty charge imposed from the customer's home country Customs / Tax Authorities. 

This charge would be raised at import of the goods and delivery may be delayed until the charge has been paid, by customer, to their local Customs / Tax Authority.

Any VAT charged will be at the local rate not the UK rate.

Returns

Fabrics can only be returned if they are faulty or failing on quality. Otherwise they cannot be returned as they are cut per order.

However if fabric is defaulted then it must be returned within 3 days after arrival. Fabrics must be uncut and unaltered. Faulty items returned will be replaced unless product is now out of stock. In the case of out of stock we shall issue a refund.

In the unfortunate event there is a need for a product to be sent back to us then please use the Returns Request (here) to request return codes and instructions.
