Delivery Information
Shipping
All orders are shipped worldwide from UK.
For orders within UK the items are shipped via Royal Mail within 1 - 2 business days of order being placed.
For orders outside UK the items are shipped via Royal Mail or International Courier 1 - 2 business days. (Choice of delivery method is determined by which carrier best serves your location in terms of cost, efficiency, reliability etc.)
Our aim will always be to send your goods as soon as ready and passed our quality checks. We do not normally process orders on weekends or UK bank holidays.
Split shipments
We operate from a single warehouse location in UK so will
not split shipments on basis of an items source location. We do not currently
operate a pre-order system so split orders should not arise due to current
availability of items in an order.
We look to maintain our stock systems as up to date as
possible and not have any item shown as available when it is not. But there may
be a possibility that an item may have a stockout. In the unlikely event of
this happening we will contact the customer by e-mail or phone to discuss
options.
Possible options could include:-
Item will not come back into stock and will be deemed
cancelled.
Item will be back in stock but will be deemed cancelled
from this order and customer will re-order.
Item will be back in stock and whole order will be held
until complete and be dispatched as single.
Item will be back in stock but balance of order will be
dispatched and out of stock item dispatched once back in stock. This split
shipment will likely incur additional handling/shipping cost.
This is not an exhaustive options list, just examples. We
will always discuss with customer should situation arise.
Where a customer has ordered and paid for an item(s) but we are unable to fulfil the order we shall refund for the item(s) plus any associated shipping charges made.
International Carriage Charges
The charges for international carriage can vary considerably depending on weight and size of package. We have calculated the costs charged in system based on looking at various scenarios and using various transporters and have found the rates applied to be reasonably accurate. But if we find that the cost charged in system for an international order is more than £4.00 higher than the actual cost of carriage then we will refund the excess to the customer.
